You can order photos from FIMP Media Limited onsite on the day of the event or via our web site as soon as they are posted.

Ordering from the event

To place an order at an event, follow the guidelines below:-

1 – Record the approximate time of the participant took part in the event.
2 – All event photos are listed on the viewing stations in groups. Use the mouse to click on the group that best describes your photos, such as Ring 1 – 13:00-13:30.
3 – Browse through the thumbnail photos until you find the ones you want. Clicking on each photo will show a full screen view.
4 – Find a Photo Order Form on the desk next the viewing stations and write down the Image Numbers of the photos you want to order.
5 – Fill in the remaining fields, hand the Photo Order Form to the casher and make payment. Currently we only take cash or cheque with cheque guarantee card at event but you can always pay by card when ordering via the web site.

Ordering via the web site

To order your favourite photo via our web site, follow the guidelines below:-

1 – Record the approximate time of the participant took part in the event.
2 – All event photos are listed on the viewing stations in groups. Use the mouse to click on the group that best describes your photos, such as Ring 1 – 13:00-13:30.
3 – Browse through the thumbnail photos until you find the ones you want. Clicking on each photo will show a larger view.
4 – When you find a photo you want to order, select the format of the photo and click on the BUY button. This will add the item to your Shopping Cart.
5 – Once you have added all the photos you want to order, click on the checkout button on the right side of this page.
6 – Double check the items you want to order and click Checkout.
7 – Fill in your personal details and click on the Checkout button. Once you confirm the order by clicking the checkout button once more you will taken to the secure Paypal web site. From here you can click on the Continue link in the middle of the page to pay via your debit or credit. Should you have a Paypal account and want to pay using this method, enter your login details and make payment accordingly.

When ordering via our web site you should receive your photos in approximately 7 working days.
